DMCA Policy

Eagle4K IPTV (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our website and services by delivering a written Notice of Alleged Infringement to our agent.

1. Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2.   4. A Statement of Good Faith that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A Statement of Accuracy that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your Signature, either physical or electronic, of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing a written communication to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to local judicial jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with applicable international laws, Eagle4K IPTV operates a strict policy aimed at terminating or removing accounts, access privileges, or streams associated with users who are deemed to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances at our sole discretion.

Legal Disclaimer: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to severe liability for financial damages, including legal costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by us or the affected user.
