Our 7-Day Guarantee: If our streaming service fails to work on your compatible device due to a technical error originating entirely on our servers, and our support team cannot resolve the problem within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

1. Conditions Eligible for a Refund

Refund requests will be evaluated and processed exclusively under the following performance criteria:

  • Persistent Server Outages: Major technical service interruptions or stream failures originating directly from the Eagle4K IPTV server back-end that render the service unusable for a prolonged period.
  • Accidental Duplicate Billing: If our payment processing gateway mistakenly runs your payment details multiple times for the exact same order or billing cycle, we will reverse the duplicate charges immediately.
  • Incorrect Plan Activation: If the streaming credentials issued to you do not correspond to the features, duration, or channel packages of the specific plan you paid for.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds or credit extensions for problems completely outside of our direct server control. Non-refundable scenarios include:

  1. Local Network Infrastructure Failures: Slow residential internet speeds, poor local Wi-Fi connections, or severe bandwidth throttling imposed by your local Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  2. Device & Application Incompatibilities: Issues caused by old hardware, unsupported third-party IPTV player apps, or configuration errors on your devices.
  3. Channel Content Modifications: The temporary or permanent modification, removal, or re-ordering of specific premium live channels, movies, or video-on-demand (VOD) titles within our massive streaming library.
  4. Change of Mind: Simple subjective dissatisfaction with the interface layout, colors, or general streaming concept after data lines have already been deployed and used.

3. How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund under our technical guarantee, you must contact our billing support channels within seven calendar days of your original purchase timestamp. Your submission must include:

  • Your registered order email and transaction ID.
  • The brand and specific model of the device you are using to stream.
  • A detailed description of the technical issue, accompanied by screenshots or video proofs showing the connection error.

Once submitted, our infrastructure team will review your server connection logs. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method within five to ten business days, depending entirely on your banking institution’s processing timelines.
