• Account Safeguards: You are entirely responsible for protecting your generated M3U lines, portal configurations, and Xtream codes. Sharing your lines publicly results in an unresolvable server blacklisting.
• Streaming Stability: While we target premium server uptimes, live feeds are dynamically delivered over the open internet. Playback variations remain conditional on your hardware configuration, software player applications, and ISP performance capabilities.

2. Permitted & Prohibited Conduct

To ensure high network stability, users must adhere to strict structural boundaries:

1. No Restreaming or Re-broadcasting: You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, capturing, restreaming, or running commercial distribution frameworks using our feeds.
2. No Automated Scraping: Accessing our servers via automation, crawling tools, or script layouts to scrape metadata, streams, or playlists is completely forbidden.
3. Fair System Utilization: Flooding our infrastructure support lines with spam or running diagnostic load tests against our data domains constitutes a breach of system integrity.

3. Third-Party Content & Maintenance Modifications

Our indexing engines bridge global media channels. We do not own, manage, or hard-code the live transmission programming schedules of specific networks. Consequently, channel configurations, package items, movie libraries, and video-on-demand listings may update, shift, or disappear temporarily during background server optimization routines without notification.

4. Billing, Pricing & Adjustments

Eagle4K IPTV offers both short-term access plans and extended subscription packages. Prices are clearly displayed at checkout and are locked for your current billing cycle. We reserve the absolute right to alter pricing plans for future renewal periods to adapt to infrastructure scaling costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eagle4K IPTV, nor its administrators, structural suppliers, or support agents, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or unique damages arising out of your local hardware configuration setup, data line buffering, or service interruptions caused by third-party application crashes.

6. Terms Revisions

We reserve the right to review, update, or rewrite elements of these terms to accommodate security changes or compliance shifts. The date of the newest modification will always reflect clearly at the top header block of this document.
